Renan Gonzalez is currently Managing Director of P&V Consulting Group, a Latin American consulting company, which focuses on strategy development and implementation, financial administration & corporate performance management.  Mr. Gonzalez has 20 years of broad international business experience between Fortune 5 companies and global/regional business development groups. Mr. Gonzalez is a leader in developing and directing organizations to focus in business model improvement, sales growth, profitability, financial re-structuring and strategic planning. He has experience working in Energy, Agriculture, Financial Services and Consumer Products Industries. 

Mr. Gonzalez has a Systems, Information and Computer Science Engineering Degree (Universidad Francisco Marroquin, Guatemala) and a Financial Engineering post graduate degree (Universidad de Las Americas, Mexico).  He also has post graduate studies in Marketing (Kellogg Business School, Chicago, US), Business Strategy (Palladium Group, Boston, US). He has attended over 20 international courses or seminars including areas of Leadership, Management, Commercial – Marketing, Coaching, Strategic Human Resources.
