Mr. Kurtzner has a decade of experience in utility bill and service contract invoice auditing.  In 2013 Util Auditors was launched as an organization “Founded On Purpose”, where Purpose is defined as "The feeling of being determined to do or achieve something." As a consolidated solutions provider, Util Auditors specializes in the identification and correction of utility and service billing errors, and inefficiencies, across 7 operating expense categories.  Util acts as a complete resource to its clients delivering industry leading systems, technology and proprietary knowledge to address their needs. 

In just 5 short years as Managing Partner, Mr. Kurtzner has developed Util Auditors to be an industry leader in its space with clientele extending into both the Forbes and Fortune Top 20.  Mr. Kurtzner has consulted organizations on a range of projects and subject matter including international work throughout North America including Puerto Rico, and locations in the European Union.  His main focus has been the development of deep, industry-insider relationships in each cost center that Util leverages to their client's advantage.  The company has also developed a proprietary web-based, multi-audit reporting platform which simplifies large-scale, multi-location audit endeavors.  This scalable business system has revolutionized the utility bill audit industry by adding transparency and accountability into the process.

In addition to Util Auditors, Mr. Kurtzner has been involved in the successful launch of 5 start-up ventures ranging from internet marketing to health care product development.  In the mid to late 2000's he also assisted some of the East Coast's most reputable builder/developer/investors at his business, Cred Advise, Inc., through alternative financing solutions and debt restructuring programs to aid them with the retention of commercial assets through the real estate market decline.
